About The Project

The Corner Block, also known as TCB Bopal in Ahmedabad is an upscale commercial space offering showrooms, stores and offices for entrepreneurs and businesses.

Heritage Infraspace built a 2-basement diaphragm wall for the structure prior to its construction. Located on the Gala Gymkhana road mean it would see a lot of vehicular traffic, but the project was completed within 25 days.

Challenges faced

  • The excavation for the diaphragm wall proved difficult due to the unique corner structure.
  • There was a lot of noise and footfall around because it was located on Bopal’s busiest road.
